| Chickens are one of the most wonderful birds to watch. They always seem so happy with so little. We all could learn much from them. Some of the pictures below are of our chicken friend "Isabelle". She hatched in our home as a photo project and ended up staying as a house guest and then friend. Our dog Abby and Isabelle get along very well. Isabelle likes most to just sit alongside of someone as they are watching TV. She has been known to sit this way for many hours quite content to do so. She will come running if you call to her that you have something good for her to eat (like a mealworm). |
